Meet Tamar Alender
Tamar Alender is a Medical secretary at Shiba Hospital. She has to process
a large number of information every day. This process takes a lot of time.
In our system, she will be able to find a match between patient and therapist and optimize the work process for patient satisfaction.
The matching system between workers and caregivers
In Israel there are about 30 hospitals nationwide.
Natan's system came to answer the matching of therapists to patients in hospitals.
It is a strong and flexible unified infrastructure that combines product and service data from various sources and provides complete, accurate, optimal, rich, and up-to-date information to various channels that are customer contact points.
The system is a SAAS product, a leader in B2B applications
Sketches
Before I approach the design task on the computer I usually start the design process with low fidelity wireframes. This is my way of presenting the initial structure to the client without graphic intervention.
The main purpose of my sketches is to show all the items that will be inside the same frame and easily change their position or even their shape. I usually prefer to do this before I spend time in front of the computer
The Challenge
The challenge was to create a modern and simple environment
Before the management system, everything was conducted in Word documents without the ability to track and control the teams.
Now the proceedings are much more organized and transparent for everyone.The challenge was to think how to make the system intuitive and simple to use because the target audience is relatively older who are used to working in a very old-fashioned way
In this part of the system, the user defines the details of the order he would like to make, he will define the hospital and the department.
You can see that he has a choice of tabs where he defines the timing of the order.
On this screen, you can see how a new employee is entered into the system where the user fills in all the details. When there is also a feature that allows sending user information to the employee
On this screen, you can see the entire list of employees according to the definition of the statuses of each of them, with the upper part showing tabs with data on availability, work, and unavailability for work
