PickApp is an application that provides solutions for companies looking for transportation services for their employees or for groups of people who need a temporary transportation solution
The Challenge
In the research work I did I discovered that the whole process was much more complex and cumbersome.
There is no system today that manages the transportation system in a convenient way and provides the variety of payment solutions.
All booking requests were made via WhatsApp and everything was conducted without tracking open and closed bookings and it was much more difficult to manage the transport system and also to manage the accounts and users.
Today the system is much more automated.
Drivers can enter their travel schedule and choose which ride to take by location and price.

Meet Yaakov Israeli
yaakov is a veteran shuttle driver who transports workers to the Intel factory every day.
He is used to receiving his trips every day through a WhatsApp message from his employer without being able to see and know about trips later in the week.
Registration screen
According to our indicators, the number of participants in the system has increased significantly. and in addition each driver has doubled his income from before the introduction of the system
To use the system, the user registers and enters all the relevant details, including the type of his shuttle vehicle.
Management screen for the driver
This is the management screen of the shuttle driver, on this screen the driver can see
his earnings that month for the trips he made.
It has a clock that shows the next trip and a summary of the number of trips that month by category, it was very important to me that on this screen all the relevant details for the driver would be displayed to make the system accessible to him and make it a very useful tool for him.
In addition, he will be able to see the travel schedule that is relevant to him according to what he filled in during the registration process.
Accounts screen
The driver can see on this screen the total of his monthly earnings and see the trips he has made according to the statuses of what has been paid and what is awaiting payment.
This screen is very important to the user because through it he can understand the scope of his work and the viability of using the system.
Here, too, it was very important to me to create a very friendly and comfortable user experience

On this screen, the drivers can see their work arrangement by division into the types of trips and by prices
